In a world of digital overload and packed schedules, most women struggle to prioritize what research shows we need most: time in nature and authentic connection.
In Her Nature Circles make both accessible through regular outdoor gatherings where women walk, talk, and experience the natural world together.
Simple monthly meetups in urban parks, trails, beaches and green spaces provide the proven benefits of nature combined with the support of community.
No special equipment. No fitness requirements. No experience needed.
The Power of Women in Nature: Evidence-Based Benefits
Small groups of women who gather regularly outdoors experience powerful, research-backed benefits:
For Mental Wellbeing
- 30% reduction in anxiety after just 20 minutes in natural environments
- Improved focus and mental clarity for better perspective on daily challenges
- Significant decrease in rumination and negative thought patterns
For Physical Health
- Lowered blood pressure and heart rate through regular nature exposure
- Enhanced immune function and energy through outdoor movement
- Better sleep quality following time spent in natural settings
For Meaningful Connection
- Authentic conversations flow naturally when walking side by side
- Shared experiences in nature create stronger bonds than typical social activities
- Collective discovery reveals insights we might miss when experiencing nature alone
Each 2-hour circle combines these elements into a simple yet effective practice that fits into busy lives—creating a profound impact through beautifully accessible means.
“Combining nature exposure with social connection creates a synergistic effect that benefits women's health more than either element alone.”
Why Women Join In Her Nature Circles
Our circles address four essential needs that many women struggle to meet in today’s world:
Genuine Connection
Authentic face-to-face conversations in contexts that matter. When women walk side by side in nature, conversations naturally deepen and meaningful relationships form.
Nature Immersion
Despite growing awareness of nature’s benefits for mental health, many women don’t prioritize outdoor time without structure or “permission.” Our circles provide both the accountability and framework to make nature immersion a regular practice.
Sacred Space
Women are seeking contexts where they can be fully present, speak from the heart, and listen deeply without judgment. Our circles create a sacred container for authenticity, reflection, and the kind of conversations that rarely happen in everyday settings.
Beautiful Simplicity
Unlike complicated women’s programs that require special knowledge or expensive commitments, In Her Nature Circles are refreshingly accessible. If you can walk and talk, you can participate fully—no special fitness level, gear, or expertise required.

From Our Founder
“In Her Nature began as a personal journey exploring how time outdoors supports women’s wellbeing. What started as individual reflection quickly revealed a broader need among women I know.
These circles aren’t just about ‘getting some fresh air.’ They’re about creating intentional time for experiencing nature together, moving our bodies in natural settings, and discovering new perspectives through conversation with other women.
The format is simple yet effective—natural experiences combined with thoughtful discussion. I’ve seen firsthand how this combination helps women reduce stress, gain clarity, and build meaningful connections.”
Love, Jane
