These circles aren’t just about ‘getting some fresh air.’ They’re about creating intentional time for experiencing nature together, moving our bodies in natural settings, and discovering new perspectives through conversation with other women.

The format is simple yet effective—natural experiences combined with thoughtful discussion. I’ve seen firsthand how this combination helps women reduce stress, gain clarity, and build meaningful connections.”
